As said in our written comments, so now we wish to express our very great fun appreciation of/to your two brilliant, hard- working engineers for driving all the way from Newcastle to us here in Dalston, Carlisle, to remove the boiler we had for many years and to install very carefully and thoughtfully the/new Worcester boiler; for setting it up and explaining to me/us how to use the Delta Dore Thermostat. Alas, I had touched something on the boiler, so that the hot water would not come on, and when I telephoned you, Sir, at your office this morning, you were a very great help in Very patiently explaining to me the proper way to understand the settings, which I then did, step by step at a time, so that I now feel confident in using it. As I now type this reply to you at just after six o’clock this evening, my wife and I are sitting comfortably (having been out and busy earlier) and, thanks to you, enjoying the lovely heating from our radiator in the sitting room. The temperature is perfect for us as we read and write. And we wish you and your colleagues a very pleasant and well deserved evening; and also for all your future diligent work and service. PS. Your two technicians were here for six hours: a full day’s work; and they also kindly inspected the loft and installed a new ‘funnel’ reaching up to and through the roof, to take away the carbon monoxide. I had a look at it from the back garden, and it was/good to see it and it is perfectly vertical.
So, once again our grateful thanks to you. Your technicians carefully went through all the paper-work with us, and we have their duplicate copies given to us.; and the date for their inspection in a year’s time.

We couldn't be more happy with the service.
Our current boiler had a complete breakdown.
We received a quote from D&G on evening of 13th March and two engineers (one of them was Shahab) came to our house early morning on 14th March. They finished the job of installing the new boiler in 2-3 hours, making sure to dispose of all old equipment and left the place clean and tidy by even sweeping after themselves. Finally they went the extra mile by fixing the old cupboard door in front of the boiler.
The boiler has been working with no problems for one and a half months now.
We will strongly recommend this company to anybody.

Arrived promptly and all done and completed within 4 hours. Very polite and courteous and explained everything well. I would highly recommend this firm.

I contacted DG heating to get the quote to replace the old boiler which lead to a video call with Ajay showing details of my boiler, plume and condenser pipe location to which Ajay gave the quote which was very competitive with others. He explained the requirements and helped to choose the right boiler. The installation of my new boiler was carried out efficiently and completed during the day in a professional manner to which all the rubbish and old boiler was taken away. The engineers guided me meticulously through with regards to using the new boiler and programming the wireless thermostat. I would highly recommend DG Heating to install any new boiler. Thank you, Ajay and the team, for the excellent service provided and I would not hesitate to get D&G service in future.

We shared with you all the Terrible service we had this morning 8/2 regarding our boiler care servicing with D &G boiler care then we spoke to Emily at their D & G regulator
Department, she her self would have earned 6 stars all by herself she was brilliant professional, courteous, and knowledgeable helped us out where 7 other advisors from Scottish power did not want to know and failed miserably if you read this D & G Emily is your greatest asset

The installation of my new boiler was carried out efficiently and completed during the morning. The team were friendly and helpful. The price of the installation was competative for a good quality product. I would purchase from this company again.

Got a very competitive price for a replacement combi boiler on Friday. Phoned on Monday to confirm. They offered to fit next day, but we set it for Wednesday. The DG installers arrived at 8.30am even though it was a 75 mile journey. They left by 2pm all done and dusted. So 10/10 for price, efficiency and performance. What more could we ask for?

Can’t praise the fitters who installed my new boiler highly enough. Arrived on time, 35 mins later old boiler off wall and new boiler on wall!! Total installation took 2hrs 30 mins. Great service, left having cleaned up and removed all the debis. Very impressed and happy.

Boiler went just before Xmas. Best (cheapest) quote and earliest install date offered.
Several bad/damning reviews about D&G online, but after all reassurances I asked for were received, £100 deposit taken and balance on completion. Job done on Jan 3rd, old combi removed and replacement (with extras) fitted in under 4 hours!
Only been in a few weeks, but no issues. So far so good.

Honestly, A Jay is an extraordinary chap. We lost about 10 days after boiler break down in bureaucracy from a reputed company in the middle of December. I got the best deal even with out any bargaining. The new boiler was installed in less than 20 hours from notification. It was an extraordinary experience. I will definitely recommend the team. The engineers who came were good, they left the home in a very good and tidy way.

The job was completed in a professional manner and took away all the rubbish including old boiler. They showed me how to use the Thermostat and boiler. I highly recommend DG heating to install new boiler. Thanks, Ajay, for your excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to get D&G service in future if I needed.
