The company could not have been more helpful . Clearly the sales team were very knowlegable about the boiler and detailed in what needed doing . The price was very good . The fitting efficient and when a small item needed adding were very detailed and honest in their explanation . Felt reassured with my dealings with them throughout . Highly recommended

Having seen an advert for Domestic and General on line, I called AJay on the Tuesday to discuss what boiler would be suitable for us, Thursday two very pleasant and professional engineers arrived at 8.15 to install the boiler.
Their work is second to none, very clean and tidy, no mess.
The price quoted for the Worcester 30i was excellent.
I would highly recommend Domestic and General.

Boiler broke on 23dec old boiler D&G CAME OUT 24TH FITTED NEW BOILER WORK WAS CLEAN AND TIDY left 4 hrs later job done rads flushed wfi timer took rubbish away price was the best out there great service 👍

Absolutely top class service. My boiler broke down again after being on a contract with British Gas for several years. We were left with no hot water or heating for almost a week. I contacted Domestic and General after seeing an online advert yesterday. They were very helpful and informative and after a late evening visit to check the right boiler model was ordered my new boiler was installed this morning by 2 pleasant and knowledgeable engineers. Arrived 8am and all completed by 11.45am. I thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

I had my boiler replaced by Domestic & General. The boiler is working OK but during the fitting there were unfortunately some issues which led to water leakage and damage to walls and ceiling.

After some chasing D&G sent out someone to redecorate and repair the damage for which I am grateful.

Overall the company has been helpful during the process.

Excellent, they were on time, kept to their promise and were very professional in their approach.

we had been without heating and hot water for 3 weeks because of the inability of Scottish Power /Domestic & General INSURANCE/BRD Gas Engineers to fix a Worcester Bosch combi boiler.
I finally gave up with the above companies,and contacted Domestic and General HEATING on Saturday August 1s t2020.They gave me an excellent price for a new Worcester Bosch 3.0 combi boiler and said that it could be fitted the following day -- Sunday.This is what I call customer service !
Sure enough at 9.00am the following day 2 engineers arrived at spent the morning fitting and testing our new boiler.
These guys were friendly,professional, and within 3 hours of arriving we had both heating and hot water,There was absolutely no mess,as they cleared up all the bits and pieces and associated debris that goes with fitting a new boiler.
I really cannot recommend D& G HEATING HIGHLY ENOUGH. To quote such and incredibly good the price for a fully fitted boiler and to do it the following day was just superb.

I have recently replaced my boiler from this company and they helped me through out the whole pricess as well as did video call to see the situation of my current boiler and what would best suite me. Ajay helped me provide the best solution and boiler for my home for a very good price. Finance was quick and easy and got a slot for quick installation which was next day. There field team was outstanding. Fawad installed the boiler within no time and explained everything on how to use it. The whole installation process was neat and clean. Would definitely recommend Domestic and General heating ltd.

From the initial telephone call with Ajay outlining what boiler best suits my property and any work to be carried out, with prices and any possible additional costs and discount.

The installation was completed the next day. Shahab and Pinda turned up at 08:40. Both very polite, hard working and professional. Sheets placed on the floor to protect the carpet. My old boiler and my new Worcester Bosh 30i Greenstar boiler was installed and fully operational in 3 hours and 40 minutes, with the lads walking out of the door at midday. They are either on a job and finish contract, or they are the formula one pitstop crew of the boiler world.

My only one criticism, which is very small, is my tuition into the new Hive thermostat was very quick and no tuition was given on how to use the Hive android application.

From speaking to Ajay on Sunday, he explained the type of combi boiler we needed, gave us all of the information and the price. The old boiler was removed and the new Worcester 30i boiler was installed the next day (Monday). The 2 guys arrived at 8.15, everything was covered up, staircase, floors etc. and they did not stop until the job was completely finished with the house being tidied by 12.15. Then everything was explained of how to operate the system - absolute fantastic workmanship from both guys - would recommend this Company to anyone. Thanks Ajay and your excellent team :)

Shahab and his colleague arrived 9am after a 2 hour journey to The Peak District to convert my solid fuel central heating system to gas. After giving a full explanation of the work required sheets were laid to room and stairs and I did not have to remove anything. The pair worked continually without a break for 11 hours and completed the job, with all the paperwork and a full explanation of the operation of the new system, cleared all the debris,leaving at 8pm for their return trip of another 2 hours. I have never before received this level of service from any previous trades people that I have used in the past (they must be unique) I am convinced that I could not have received this level of service locally, and would recommend this company to anybody, anywhere. AJay Followed up with a curtesy call to confirm my satisfaction and explained the yearly checks.
