Superior service
The service Was excellent from start to finish. We were going to get the 3 piece suite from nearby Furniture Village but thanks to the excellent service from Barney we decided to get a DFS one instead. Everything was fully explained and we left very happy customers

The staff are friendly and approachable and non-pushy. We had time to look around and try the settee range we were interested in and compare it to others.
When we decided on which settee we wanted, the staff member explained the whole process clearly and answered all our questions.

Service was excellent. Andrew was the member of staff helping us and he was so helpful. He was very very patient with us while we looked at 10 sofas and the sofa we chose was amazing.
