I went in to see 2 chairs I'd seen on my phone. I was met by a lovely young lady who said that there was only one in the shop, which I looked at. Then she said there were 3 more very similar. I chose one and she helped me with the colour. I told her I was .moving to Portsmouth would that be a problem. She offered me coffee and explained everything to me. I left D F S feeling on top of the world knowing my chair can be delivered to Portsmouth that lovely young lady's name is Louisa. Thank you very much.

Originally visited a few weeks earlier and the lady we saw was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the product even though we said we were not ready to buy.
Today returned and Roger followed up without repeating the same information.
Excellent service and extremely friendly manner without being over bearing.

Good experience at DFS Westwood Cross
Had a lovely experience at DFS Westwood Cross today when we was buying a new sofa. All the staff where very friendly and we had Georgie served us and she was very helpful and explained everything as we went along. No pressure to buy anything and have a look around before deciding. Fantastic Experience
I had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming, patient, and really took the time to explain options and help me choose the right sofa. Delivery information was clear and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. They did not immediately pounce on me the moment I walked through the door.

Good In-Store Experience but Shoddy Product
Customer service team were 5 star.
This review is about the Libbie 3-seater sofa.
Shoddy Workmanship. One armrest has more filling than the other. Seat cushions do not lie flush to edge of frame, they overlap. Ordered foam inserts for firmness but already losing firmness after six or seven uses (only weigh 60 kgs! One person uses). Where the main cushion meets the wrap around the armrest, you can see the join and on checking cushion insert, next to no stuffing. Get what you pay for but at £1,000, I expected more. This sofa might last 6 months at most.
