Francesca's service and customer care has been absolutely impeccable.
She has been attentive, understanding and patient throughout the several months of back and forth. Never has she been pushy, nor trying to make a hard sell. Or dismissive due to our long consideration time, trying to ensure it is all the right choice, be it colour, material or product.
We cannot recommend her and her sales approach high enough. We feel she is an attribute to the company, especially at such a young age.

We recently purchased a sofa from DFS and were very happy with the service we received. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process.

What we particularly appreciated was that there was no pressure or constant questioning while we were looking around. They gave us the space to make our own decision, but were there when we needed advice or had questions. Everything we needed to know was explained clearly, and the advice we received was genuinely helpful.

It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable rather than feeling like we were being pushed into a purchase.

Overall, a great experience with DFS and we would happily recommend them to others.

Louise was very helpful. I didn't feel rushed and she went over and above to answer all my questions. I was however a bit disappointed to find that although the sofas had an express delivery of 7 days on it. It only applied to the 3 and 4 seater. I wanted a 2 seater version so have to wait longer

The young girl that served me was very helpful went above a beyond.she was very patient as I had 3 children with me.

Went to Ramsgate DFS, sales person Paul was very helpful and ensured we were well informed every step. Although it was busy he didn't rush us, nor did he try to oversell items we had not requested. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly they would be able to fulfill our order.
