Welcoming and friendly staff
I have bought sofa from DFS Watford. I would highly recommend friends and family to visit Watford DFS. The environment was really welcoming. Del boy was amazing
Del boy was amazing. He was so kind and funny to chat to and made the experience of buying my first sofa really enjoyable. He was very good at explaining everything and answering all my questions. I am now so excited to move into my first home with my boyfriend and our new Patterdale cream sofa.

On each visit to the store, the staff were helpful, but not pushy. When we came to order the furniture everything was explained and we were never rushed.

Absolutely faultless.
We cannot fault our visit to The Watford store in anyway. Our DFS Sales Representative George was warm, welcoming and engaging. He made our experience relaxed, enjoyable and effortless. All the information provided was explained clearly and fully. We were given hot drinks shortly after arriving. We felt valued and cared for. Any questions we had were answered with ease. George made the experience feel personal and unique to us. First class service. We have used DFS before, and have always found the quality of their furniture to be of the highest standards. Couldn't be happier.
