Very friendly staff member Sirhan at Watford branch helped us through the process and explained everything very clearly. Had asked us initially when we first in the shop and we said we were just looking. He left us alone and then we were ready, we approached him and he dealt with us very professionally and in a very friendly manner. We liked the fact that there was no hard sell from him the moment we walked in the shop and he left us to make our decision.

Great customer service
Very pleased with the service I received. The salesman listened to what I wanted and showed me what I had found on line. He then let me browse the store and left me alone until I was ready. When I made a decision he took my order explained it all and let me decide what I wanted to do. I didnt get the sofa I went in for (but found one, that was to me, more comfortable). So glad I actually went into the store and took his advice to look around. Delivery note has come through for a weeks time so happy with turn around time as well.

Ed (Del Boy) is a credit to your company
Ed (Del Boy) was absolutely brilliant! So welcoming and instantly made us feel so comfortable without any pressure to make a purchase. He answered all our questions and explained everything perfectly! Even took the trouble in explain how the recliner is built and gave us the reassurance they’ll be safe for our kittens!
