Amazing experience from start to delivery of our new sofas
Highly recommend

My experience has been extremely frustrating from beginning to end.
The sofa was delivered incorrectly, and when I asked for the mistake to be corrected, I was told I would have to wait another 12 weeks for the correct one. I therefore decided to cancel the order last week.
Instead of processing the cancellation promptly, I was told that the manager needed to review the order and decide what could be done before it could be cancelled. I was promised that the manager would call me on Monday.
By Thursday, nobody had contacted me, so I had to travel to the store in person simply to get an answer.
I have now been told that my £500 deposit will be refunded within three to five working days. In the meantime, I have no sofa and still do not have my £500 back.
Mistakes can happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication, follow-up and ownership. I have had to chase every stage of this process myself, waste time travelling to the store, and wait even longer to recover money that should have been refunded promptly.
The real test of customer service is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this case, the service has been extremely poor and far below what anyone should expect when making a purchase of this value.

Everything was explained and offered with ease and I didn’t feel under pressure to buy anything I didn’t want.
My only gripe would be the cost of delivery. This is quite expensive and obviously you have no choice but to pay.

We visited the DFS store in Watford three times before deciding to purchase our sofas, and throughout each visit, Edmund provided excellent service. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain all the available options without any pressure.

His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to answer our questions made it much easier for us to make an informed decision\. We really appreciated his helpful approach and would happily recommend both Edmund and DFS to anyone looking for new furniture.

We had help and reassurance regarding the care of the sofa and delivery!

Found the sofa we liked, sales rep was extremely helpful in explaining all details and offers, and helped set up payment plan.

All staff were kind and helpful throughout, not pushy and allowed us space to look around at our own speed.

Edmund was a great salesman. Very friendly but didn’t push. He knew his stock extremely well and gave me lots of advice.

My visit to the store was very good, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My needs were successfully met on my trip, anytime I need anything in the future I will be back. Kalpana was great with me, she had a lot of patience and time. Her customer service skills were excellent, she made me feel that my views were heard and taken into consideration.

Lee and the team in the Watford store, thanks for making buying a sofa so easy. Your sales lady listened to my requirements, especially with a narrow front door, so we selected the right sofa. The sofa was delivered earlier than expected, although it took two deliveries to get the sofa into my house.
The experienced second crew were brilliant and Lee many thanks for the generous hamper which arrived yesterday to apologise for the first delivery.
The sofa looks great and is comfortable. Having shown family and friends photos of the hamper, they are impressed with your customer focus.

I went to the Watford store on Sunday 5th July and was seen by Lee, The store Manager. I explained which chairs I required, recliners/risers, but said I needed to talk to my husband first. I again went today 7th July and was well attended by another salesman, very helpful and listened to my requirements. I placed the order straight away and was well impressed by the service I got.
