I Had a lovely experience in D F S Watford today I bought two different lovely new sofas from a really wonderful sales person George, he spent ages with me measuring up to make sure what I was purchasing was the correct measurements as I’m moving to a bungalow from a house.

Amazing staff
The staff at this store are just outstanding. We bought our last sofa from them 10 years ago and not only did they remember us, they treated us like we were family. We were in there buying a new sofa and my little girl was sick. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful and took away that mortifying feeling other parents will know all too well. Thank you all, we will always recommend you and we’ll be back for our next sofa when it is due!
