We dealt with a lady called Sue in the Warrington branch. Absolutely lovely lady didn’t rush us in anyway sat with us and helped us make our decision with the couch and colour schemes. She was a credit to the store. Thanks again Sue and all the other team members. Great service would highly recommend.

No pressure. Great staff.
Lots of choice, no pressure. Helpful staff, given the space to try out without being followed. Sales staff knowledgeable and helpful. Some upsell of products if you require it with information on what they provide, but no pressure to purchase. Manager confirmed the details and double checked requirements triple times to check everything was correct. Manufacture lead time was 11 weeks which was fine by me. No issues. They can't 'store' furniture so the date you agree (nearer the time) will be the date.

Very friendly service.
Spoilt for choice with designs. Cath spoke to and advised us yesterday, without pestering us whilst looking. We returned today to choose our furniture. We spoke to Cath again who was very polite and friendly, explained everything and advised us accordingly.

Great experience in store and great customer service
Great experience in store. Served by Sam (I think) who was very helpful, very pleasant. I didn’t check my email confirmation until later and realised the order was incorrect. Popped back to the store and they have immediately amended the order and arranged a refund for the difference between the correct & incorrect item. All in all, very good experience and customer service.
