Staff were efficient knowledge and friendly

Mike who served us today in the Warrington branch was super helpful, was full of recommendations for our new sofa and also helped us with measurements, he explained everything with use ease and didn’t make us feel overwhelmed at all. We walked away with a dream sofa and it was all down to Mike! Absolutely credit to the branch! Thankyou so much Mike!

Service today was brilliant-from the moment we entered the store the help given to us was really good and made us at home and not pressured-we are especially grateful to Sam who went through everything with us giving so much information and help-she was great -a credit to the company-a future manager in Sam - thank you

We walked in store knowing exactly what we wanted, just needed to visualise the size. We couldn't find the corner couch so spoke to Dan who was great from start to finish; after explaining the situation, he found us a couch in store that was centimeters different, so we were made up.
The whole process was made simple by Dan's knowledge and expertise!

We were asked when we arrived in store if we needed help but were then left alone to shop which I was really pleased with. I didn’t feel pressured. When we had decided what we wanted the staff were easy to talk to and happy to help. The ordering process was quick and easy. Overall happy with my experience

Dan spotted me on arrival into the store then after dealing with the customer he was with, came over to answer my final questions before processing my order.
