It was an amazing experience.
It was an amazing experience. I was given a smiling welcome when I entered but then I was left to my own devices to try out what I wanted without a sales person following behind and, to be brutally honest, annoying me. It was the best experience I've had in a furniture shop. When I did need some help, there was someone there, Julian in this case, who went out of his way to answer questions about the available fabrics for the chair I'd chosen. Brilliant service by any standard but especially when compared to the constant harassment I got in Furniture Village. Would absolutely recommendbDFS for furniture and service. 1010.

Great experience from start to finish!
We’ve been looking at a new sofa for a couple of months. Staff have always been very friendly, knowledgable and helpful but never pushy. We finally were in a position to buy our new sofa and the process was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Julian that served us was very helpful made sure the sofa could be delivered successfully and informed us about the cleaning products available and explained the insurance we could get that would last 5 years. The gentleman he got to check the order had previously greeted us and said if we needed help to just ask when checking our order he made sure we knew all the details.

Our experience at DFS was tremendous
Our experience at DFS was tremendous. We were served by a young lady. We were presented with various options of sofas to purchase. We were served complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. Overall good customer service, would recommend to anyone who needs knowledge on sofas. Would 100% recommend.

Good experience
Nice shop, good displays and plenty of room to view. No hassle from staff but the guy we saw was very helpful when called upon and a good cup of coffee as well. What more could you want?!
