Such a positive experience...
Drove 40 miles to look at an item my local store didn't have, very pleased I did. Wasn't at all what I wanted, but with Katie's very knowledgeable help, I found exactly what I did want! She listened to what I was looking for and found it, I'm am so, so pleased with my purchase, many thanks Katie, you're a credit to DFS.

Props to Rob at DFS, Tunbridge Wells
Rob was the chap who took care of us. He explained things clearly and took a relaxed approach instead of robotic, which is what we have experienced previously. He wasn't pushy, let us make our own mind up and sorted us out with a decent sized sofa. Props to this chap for his service!

When we first walked in we were not…
When we first walked in we were not pounced on like you are at other retailers so was quite nice just to browse and get a feel of sofas. Jim came to our rescue took us round a few different sofas explained each and everyone guided us through the colours and price. He was very patient and did not force us into buying a particular sofa just let us take our time to decide. Oh and he also makes an excellent Latte.😁
