From the moment we walked in it was a great visit to the Tunbridge Wells shop.
No staff pouncing on you, just a cheery “morning, are you needing anything?”
So much help given when we did ask.
Was like having your own personal shopper.
Any questions either answered straight away by knowledgeable lady or she went & found out. Even supplied a tape measure & a hot chocolate!

I dealt with Katie again at the Tunbridge Wells branch, she’s professional knowledgeable and has a perfect outlook and really looks after her customers, she gives time no pressure, if only Katie could be in every place that I purchased things from it would be so much easier in life.

Ordered a sofa online after measuring instore and at home. when it came we were happy! Unfortunately the feet kept breaking with very light use. upon logging a ticket with the online team they refused to help but passed us on to the Local store (Tundbridge Wells)

I am terrible with names and have since forgotten the managers name but she had recently taken over the store and she was amazing, She organised new feet to be fitted which highlighted an issue with the sofa's build. She and Jim W helped us pick out a new sofa and organised the exchange. We are delighted with the new sofa.

The online team were awful (They said once we visited a store it was no longer their problem) Thankfully the store were great. my advice to anyone is go to the store and order through them. Don't order online!

I came into the store today desperate to buy a bed for my parents. Although I did not find one suitable we had a gentleman Alan who served us and I cannot express the brilliant customer service he gave us. So caring and friendly doing everything in his power to help us. Not your typical salesman. I will be going online to buy a recliner and it’s because of his service. Thank you

Everything was clearly explained. I liked the fact a second person double checked the key details with us to ensure it was recorded accurately. A great reassuring touch when there are so many variations possible and you a spending a lot of money.

We were left to wander, look at and sit on all the sofas without pushy salesmen/women interfering but when we were clearly interested in one particular model the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful

I went to DFS Tunbridge wells branch yesterday to buy a bed and mattress, all I can say is what fantastic staff they have .The manager who served me went above and beyond,he was so helpful and polite.
It was a pleasure going there, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know and would definitely buy from them again

SCAM - do NOT buy the Guardsman insurance.

I reluctantly let the salesperson at the Tunbridge Wells branch sell this premium to me when I purchased my sofa which they sell very hard.

They make out that ANY damage done to the sofa is covered within the insurance period but it is not. The salesman even suggested that i let dirt build up over time then claim at the end of the period to get it sorted!

Having made a claim it was rejected by Guardsman saying that built up damage isn’t covered. My guess is they very rarely pay out for anything. Do not buy this add on.

These are incredibly underhand sales tactics - clearly DFS and Guardsman make a lot of money for nothing doing this.

Add to this that the sofa collapsed after a few weeks of having it and DFS sent an engineer to repair it as they won’t swap them for a new one.

Will never shop at DFS ever again.

We was greeted upon entering then given space to look around which we found was good ! After making a decision and choosing a sofa we was given all the information we needed to go ahead with our decision with peace of mind. Alan was very helpful and friendly.

Staff so friendly and helpful, they did their level best to meet our requirement. We are please with our purchase because of the care the staff took with our request, we were made to feel welcome nothing to much trouble. Will recommend to anyone.

I was nervous but the experience was better than I imagined.

The salesman was friendly and helpful,very knowledgeable and not pushy. The other member of staff was very helpful and made it a very relaxing experience.

Never been to DFS before, but as soon as I walk d in the door was greeted by a young lady who was very welcoming asked if we needed help or just wanted to browse and call her if we had any questions, which I chose to do.
Very impressed by the selection of sofas, once I decided on one I liked, I said I would like some information and she asked for f I would like a coffee or any drink, sat with me and answered all my questions.
I have to say I was most impressed with her pleasant manner.
I have now placed my order, and she has assured me that I can track my order and not to hesitate calling her if I need any assistance. Well done an absolute pleasure shopping there.

Huge selection of sofas to choose from.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The whole process from choosing the perfect sofa to buying was simple and delivery was in pretty quick too.
Good experience.
