On arrival we were so happy to see a lovely clean open environment to browse, we were welcomed by a very friendly lady who offered so much help and guided us through, we were not at all pushed into a purchase, and when we decided what we desired she made it so easy and explained everything nice and carmly. The member of staff was very helpful, she gave us the information we wanted when we asked but didn’t follow us around the store pressurising us.

Sofas purchase
I visited the store with intention to check colors of the sofa and was going to buy it online afterwards, but lady called Rachel approached as with a very polite attitude and no intimidating approach ,she was just so easy to talk to so we decided to purchase our sofas in store. Very happy with the service received.

left alone to look thought staff tried pushing insurance too much and when i ordered i thought it was 7 days delivery but having to wait 3 weeks not good with a disabled wife having no sofa

The delivery time on the Faxon express 3-seater power recliner is 3 weeks, apologies for any confusion caused. If the power recliner chair was purchased on its one this would take 7 days as its a little faster then the 3-seater however, rest assured you will be the first to know once delivery can be arranged.
