Quick service. Nathan was very professional..

All the staff in store were friendly and greeted us with a hello. We were free to wander around the store. When we asked for some help the staff were friendly and very well informed.

Very helpful took the time to sit and explain everything about sizing and every detail amazing

Excellent customer service from Barbara, provided me all the details and options of corner sofas, went ahead and purchased my new sofa today

I had difficulty making a payment, and the lady phoned me back.

At the Morriston Swansea store, Nathan was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture we were looking at and offers available and he helped us to find the three-piece suite most suited to our needs.

The lovely gentleman who served me was Daniel, very polite and friendly, he made me feel comfortable, welcomed and supported. We discussed colour and material options, size specifics and he answered any questions which I had.

We had first class service off Meryl
She explained everything clearly and gave us plenty of time to choose the right colour .
I would recommend DFS to family and friends as I have had my last sofa for 20 years.

Poor service and delivery.
Delivery came, sofa base was unstable nd unsteady. One support piece was moving and very loose. Delivery team tried to put sofa on floor and sofa support came out and it was unstable and unsafe. Van took the sofa back and we get only update that team is working but no progress for 10 days. I have to go back and inquire but no updates and progress. You are not able to ring local store either because the number given in national number. You are at Mercy of dfs and you have to manage without sofa and no support and no proper service.

Excellent service and quality

Very bad experience from everyone from DFS. Had a 3 + 2 seater installed which was electric recliners and wireless phone chargerwhich was in centre console which when asked for any paper instructions, was told there was none and was shown the wireless charger which he claimed you need an up to date phone and could'nt get out quick enough. My phone did not work on it, my daughter who had up to date phone, did not work. So after 3 hours of emailing and phoning DFS, was firstly told that the furniture do not come with instructions, but you can go back to store, which is 20 mile round trip and have another look, to we will email you the instructions? After waiting for 3 hours, we did return to the store, which is 20 mile unnecessary round trip. Instore i found a 3rd cable and when closer looking it powered the centre console, so called a sales lady called Hannah, who was very helpful and concerned. I told her what customer services had told me there were no instructions and yet in centre arm rest were the instruction which i took photos. WHAT A LOAD OF LIARS, after all this, there were instructions. Anyway, Hannah had got in touch with the delivery driver and installer and met me back home and explained to them there is another electric lead from somewhere and proved with my daughter's phone that this is working instore but not here. There is also a 240v socket under armrest(which they never knew) and plugged my phone charger in, only to find that would not work. Then one of them held the two seater up while the other looked underneath to find there was another plug stuck to the underneath, so plugged in and everything was working OK. The guy instore with Hannah(can't remember his name)were so concerned they did phone to find if everything was ok. This was friday. Today, i had a phone call off the Swansea store manager the store manager who i caught him out lying on two occassions of which i did not want to disscus anything further with him, even when he said he had a new iphone which did not come with any instructions? So, I am very unhappy and disgusting with the experience i had with DFS and will never recommend them to anyone through their lying by saying that the electric reclining furniture do not come with any instructions, when they do and had under the armrest instore and even the store manager saying there is none. KEEP CLEAR OF DFS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PUT UP WITH SOME LIARS!
Replying to DFS reply. Let me make this clear. DFS we're very unhelpful in which you left the customer to do the chasing afterwards and the outcome was for me to go back to the Swansea store to figure it out myself. So thank you DFS for being so unhelpful and only Hannah in Swansea store was very helpful in which I'm grateful.
Just had a phone call from Swansea store manager which i did not want to continue after the discussion we had yesterday, so hung up. Very unhelpful after claiming there is no information on this furniture when there is under armrest in the store which I took photos.

Prompt, polite and knowledgeable sales person

Nathan went above and beyond to give excellent advice and customer service. We actually met him 6 months ago, when we finally rest visited the store, so made sure he served us.He explained everything, and was friendly and very knowledgable.

Hannah was excellent, super friendly, super informative. Very patient. She made our experience very positive. Didnt rush our decision and walked us through the entire shop looking for the perfect rug. Highly recommend Hannah

A very experienced team member, Daniel approached and asked if we were ok, he explained a lot about the 2 sofas i was interested in and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
