Diallo (sorry if incorrect spelling) was helpful, he went through everything from care cover to enough space for the delivery. No pushy and asked questions about my family.

we were served by a lovely member of staff who was very helpful in finding the satee that we needed and went through all the paper work with ease.

The young lady was very helpful in store today .

Emma looked after us today while we were buying the sofas. She was so nice and made the experience great. Such a nice lady, really pleased with what we bought.

From start to finish the experience was great no pressure just help when I needed it and very professional.

Really good experience was well looked after by the staff explaining everything as they went along also double checking everything to make sure everything was correct.

Neil the salesman was great, his knowledge of furniture was next to none. he offered us tea of coffee. He went through everything very clearly and understandable.

Diallo was so helpful when we arrived before the shop closing time, nothing was a bother and he even came in to work early the next day so we were able to pick up the furniture at a convenient time for us , so helpful thank you :)

Excellent customer service from start to finish! The girls were absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and put us completely at ease without any pressure to buy. They made the whole sofa-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend them!

Cadence made our experience great, as very indecisive customers, she took the time to sit with us, listen to what we wanted and answer our questions. We had 2 choices in mind that we were unsure on and after listening to us, pointed out a sofa we had not looked at that checked all of our boxes. So glad we decided to go in store.

Toni at the Sunderland outlet was brilliant, explained everything down to how to clean sofa properly I didn't want the chair that came with the package deal,she went and seen someone and got the chair taken of the package result

I went in to dfs,just to have a look at sofa's . Staff said good morning and left to let us browse around the store which is the best experience you can have.I went to the salesman NEIL who was excellent when I showed him what I picked. Everything was sorted quick and easy ,delivery is on the way, EXCELLENT SERVICE thank you.
