On the day of purchase Sophie was really professional and most helpful and friendly in every way. She thoroughly explained everything that I needed to know about care of furniture and benefits of guardsman. My time in the store was relaxing and pleasant

We had a truly great experience at store. The customer service was fantastic and Emma helped us massively. She explained everything perfectly and made the purchase so much easier for us, been our first sofa. She was very kind and even offered us a drink, fantastic employee.

The DFS sales team member I dealt with was Diallo, hopefully spelt that right, at the Sunderland branch. He was excellent. His product knowledge, his advice and his attitude were second to none.
The showroom is well set out with ample natural light sobthat you can see the actual shades and colours.
After deciding which product etc the 'paperwork' was quick and efficient.
The whole experience with DFS was pleasant and easy. At no time did i feel under pressure and I left feeling confident that buying from here was a good decision. Fully recommend DFS to anyone.

Pleasant shopping experience
