Amazing service from Emma in Wessington way DFS today! Shes a credit to the company. Super knowledgeable and professional. Helped us decide on a sofa and talked us through so many different variations to fit the space. Very happy customers :)

Friendly competent staff, no pressure from them, quick and easy purchase, just how I like it.

I visited DFS a couple of times before finally making my purchase. On my first visit, I spoke with a member of staff who showed me a few options and said he would come back to me. However, he then started serving another customer and was taking quite a long time, so I decided to leave.

On my second visit, there were several more store assistants on the shop floor. Toni was already helping another customer when I sat down on a sofa to wait. A few assistants walked past me and, despite not serving anyone, nobody asked if I needed help as they were chatting amongst themselves about their weekend plans.

Once Toni had finished with her customers, she came straight over to assist me. From that moment onwards, the experience was excellent. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered fantastic advice, and showed me a range of suitable options. She explained the pros and cons of different fabrics and colours and suggested I take some time to think about my choice, as I was unsure what would best match my carpet. She also mentioned she was not working the following day, so I waited before returning.

A week later, I came back and was greeted immediately by Toni again. Once more, she provided impeccable customer service and excellent advice, which helped me make my final decision. She carefully explained all the payment options in detail, and the entire purchasing process was smooth and straightforward.

Toni is a real credit to the DFS team and truly deserves recognition, whether that be a bonus or a medal for her outstanding customer service.

Staff were great and friendly, we weren’t pushed into a sale we didn’t want and were left to browse for as long as we wanted.

The staff at DFS were very helpful and polite, they explained everything we needed to know and they asked the right question's and made the experience of coming into the showroom very pleasant

It was a pleasure speaking with Sophie she was very informative no pressure at all I think this is the 7th or 8th sofa we have had from here wouldn't go anywhere else 😀

Everything was explained fully from Neil with options all discussed too to give us the plan and the sofas that suited our needs best. Neil and Sophie couldn’t have been better, thank you.
