Exceptional customer service and friendly faces all around, was super happy shopping and the Staff were always happy to help, I was delighted at their service and felt welcome during my first purchase!

The Advisor Lee at sunderland branch was very helpful and made us feel very welcome, and made me a cup of coffee while chatting

I needed to buy a new 2 seater sofa along with 2 single chairs to replace an old 3 seater sofa etc. I decided to visit DFS in Sunderland to make enquiries where I was attended to by a pleasant assistant called Neil who gave me lots of ideas what I could buy. I went for a second time with a friend on the 16th August and, as Neil was busy, was attended to by a nice lady called Lauren who was also very approachable. Both Neil and Lauren were very friendly, informative and professional. They are a credit to DFS. I ended up buying some lovely new furniture which is due to be delivered in November. Thank you to all the staff involved and your customer service.

Neil the salesman was really easy going and not too pushy, explained everything really clearly and came across very honest and just such a nice guy, a credit to dfs. We were only lookin for ideas but the sales approach and service meant that we felt at ease and comfortable and so we went ahead and purchased a beautiful couch at a very reasonable price
