Very nice Experience.
Neil at sunderland DFS really helped us chose the right option for our home and showed us all options that match our needs.
It was good to talk through specifics of the dimensions of our room and then looking what options suit us better.

Very good customer service.

Lyndsey went into great detail to explain how the process works from my choice of sofa to the finance side of it as well, most appreciated the help, would not hesitate to recommend.

We visited the Sunderland store to look for a 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs and were made very welcome by a girl called Sophie who showed us the type of furniture we were looking for , she was very patient and very helpful. We decided to go back to the store to buy what we seen and we're greeted by a girl called Dawn who was lovely but she was busy with another customer and introduced us to Emma, Dawn made us a lovely coffee while we waited for Emma. We spoke to Emma and she went through everything we needed to know , the delivery time, the care of the furniture and everything . She was very informative and very helpful and had time for you and a lovely girl she was. These girls when we spoke to them was like sitting and speaking with friends. 10 out of 10 girls. The store was very bright and welcoming and a good range of furniture. We would definitely recommend this store

Emma in store, made us feel super comfortable, wasn't pushy, explained everything perfectly. Spent lots of time chatting. She was patient, understanding. Very lovely person.

I used the shop in Sunderland paid cash for our new sofa corner suite after taking delivery and installing it found it was too large after contacting the head office i was told it was my problem as I measured it but a genuine mistake on my behalf I asked if they would take one section back and refund me but that fell on very deaf ears I was told it was my fault end of telephone conversation please feel free to contact me as I can't find my recent order number regards Mr leo mccaffery 5 beresford avenue Hebburn NE312PQ 07557140468

We were greeted with a lovely welcoming smile and “Toni” ( I think this was her name ) was very friendly , knowledgeable and her customer service skills was excellent, she really went out of her way to help us! Another lady came to confirm the details and customer service was also excellent!
