We had excellent time buying our Sofa, smooth and easy, very lovely and kind Staff, it was actually fun for a change and all easily explained and with details.

Great service, great communication, Ellie is alovely sales assistant.

The person we dealt with was so helpful, explained everything clearly and took his time with us. It was a relaxing enjoyable experience

We was greeted by a friendly and helpful lady called Sarah, who showed great patience and knowledge and helped us choose the right sofa for our elderly parents, nothing was too much troubel

John was friendly and helpful. He was very patient and nothing was too much trouble for him. We were very indecisive and weren't sure which sofa to choose, but he was never pushy or tried to convince us to go for either one as a preference. He gave us the facts and information about both and left us to make the ultimate decision, without any interference. He was knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. And he made the best coffee.

The sales assistant we had helping us was great. Thoroughly professional and patient with all the options we went through.

We met Micky on arrival at the store. We weren't sure what we wanted but Micky helped us. We chose a 4 seat sofa but wanted another seat and not sure what to choose. He showed us suitable chairs and cuddle seats. We hadn't thought about a cuddle seat but it will work well in our awkward room. He was patient, knowledgeable and we're really pleased with our purchases. Can't wait for them to arrive.

We was greeted by Micheal who was extremely welcoming he told us to walk around and try all the sofas we liked and if we needed any help he was there. He talked us through the best options on the sofa bed and 3 seater sofa and said that having a footer was a really good idea he was very comfortable to talk to and would recommend anyone wanting a friendly approach and not a pushy sales approach to definitely go to see Michael at Stevenage DFS

Member of staff's awareness of when to step in and when to let us browse was immaculate, which made you feel like you could browse at leasure and still ask questions and get answers when needed

No pressure from the sales person, available to answer questions when required but gave me space to think and speak to my sister on the phone about my choice.
