We were struggling with an insurance claim and Shrewsbury DFS were beyond helpful. The staff went out of their way to help us with information required by our insurer. They then helped us to choose a suitable replacement suite. The staff were never 'pushy' or 'intimidating' but always polite and helpful. Even after 3 return visits, the treatment was always the same. We would definitely return and recommend.

The whole experience was great. The store has a good selection of furniture to suit all tastes. The sales advisor we saw was most helpful, friendly and professional without being too overbearing.
