Felt welcomed with in reason, and looked after .

Sam, the lady that served us didn't pressure us, was very patient, very helpful and answered all our questions both times we were instore.

Everyone was very polite and helpful when I visited. I’m looking forward to my sofa arriving next week! Once it’s in my home, I’ll leave another update about the sofa itself, but for now, 5 stars for the respect and service."

We knew what we were interested in but wanted to see the selection available. The salesman told us where to look and gave us time to consider the sofas. He was on hand when we needed to ask some questions but gave us time to talk privately together.
We were not rushed or pressured in anyway.

It was lovely to be able to walk into a store and look around without feeling any pressure to buy. The store itself was clean, tidy, and very well presented, with two members of staff available if needed.
We found the sofa we were looking for and, when we were ready for assistance, Jenny came over and answered all of our questions. The whole process was straightforward, and she provided clear information to help us make informed decisions about the sofas and additional items.
Jenny also took the time to engage with our two daughters, who had been sitting patiently, which was a really thoughtful touch.
Overall, it’s a great place to visit if you want a relaxed shopping experience with no pressure, along with excellent service throughout. A truly memorable 5-star experience — thank you, Jenny!

The staff in store at sheffield were amazing. They were welcoming but let us look around in peace and allowed us to decided hassle free but when we were ready to make our purchase they were very professional and friendly. They were very detailed about our purchase and the process.

Amazing service from start to finish. I was welcomed upon arrival and offered a drink almost straight away. A lovely lady names Sam dealt with my order and made me feel at ease. The order was placed quickly and stress free.

David at Sheffield DFS store dealt with my visit. Pleasant, non pushy, knowledgable on all items I asked about, honest evaluation as to my requirement and informed me on things I hadn’t mentioned. Basically, on top of his game. Nice to deal with someone with a professional attitude.

The sales person was friendly but not sure why I wasn't given a print out of the invoice. I know why because dfs are charging £129 for delivery and I was never told of that cost

The lady who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. Disappointed by the extortionate delivery charge of over £120.

Everything we asked was answered without delay and all our queries were resolved with no issue. Sam sorted our order and we are now awaiting our new sofa.

I had my sofa delivered in September last year the delivery drivers broken not one sofa but both of them I had to report myself which all in all it took over 6months for both my sofas to get fixed these sofa aren’t cheap and you expect the delivery drivers to be professional but there didn’t have a care in the world customer service are brilliant on the phone but never stick to what gets said on the phone I even spoken to the store manager at Sheffield who said once this was all sorted he would phone me up but no I haven’t heard anything I put in a complaint also and not heard anything from that would be nice for someone to be able to get this complaint sorted

Looked around a few sofa showrooms, but none seemed to have the recliners we liked!
We made a 3rd visit back to DFS, spoke with your sales assistant.
He was very helpful, explaining everything we asked.
Once satisfied we placed our order, now looking forward to our new sofas arriving.
