Great service from DFS in Rotherham especially Collin. Highly recommended.

The sofa was delivered on time without any delays. They then assembled it and placed the sofa in room making sure we were happy. After search and going to a lot of shops, we found DFS the best one for service and value.

We were approached within a couple of minutes of arrival into the DFS store, Parkgate, Rotherham, by a very helpful young lady. We had visited the store on 2 previous occasions and had made our choice. The questions about our chosen settee and chair were answered on our previous visits, so we were happy to proceed. The young lady talked us through our decision and explained, in full, the price; delivery; guarantee and raffle to help Children in Need. We were pleased to learn that we would be purchasing a 'bundle' and so the overall price was lower, always welcome. The young lady explained that we could not change the order once placed and so to make sure we were happy with the colour; we liked the purchase and that the settee and chair would fit into our house. We would rate our experience as excellent and applaud the young lady who served us as she was helpful; friendly; professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Great sales man polite respectful

From walking in the store it felt very relaxed and I loved that the sales team gave us time to browse without being pressured.
Once finding what we wanted warren talked us through the different options available to us and gave us time to process the information before committing to buy. He was friendly but professional at all times. He talked us through the steps from ordering our suite to it being made and right through to delivery. He made buying our new furniture enjoyable, relaxed and we are confident in it being the right purchase for us.

Went into the DFS, Parkgate Rotherham. Was left to browse the store without any pressure, which i prefer.
After looking on line at the sofas and didn't see anything i liked i wasn't expecting to find one. Just proves going into the shop to see first hand is better than a picture on line.
Excellent customer service, I have shopped with DFS before and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.
Looking forward to my sofa coming.

Great selection of sofas and the staff were great, Becky who showed us our options for a sofa knew the showroom top to bottom and as we were first time buyers she talked us through all our payment options thoroughly, would highly recommend.

Very happy to shop with DFS again as I bought a very nice Corner sofa last year, this time I was looking for a chair & as last time I'm overwhelmed with the selection that's available from you & also very happy with the service that you provided 😁 thank you to the lady that looked after me she was very kind and thorough with everything regarding the sale.
