Faisal was super, very welcoming
Faisal was very good, he greeted us and asked questioned about what we were looking for, he was very attentive. He was welcoming gave us coffee, and showed us all of the different ranges, he really helped us find what we were looking for and he advised on fabrics and styles. Excellent experience, Faisal made it such a good experience and he was very knowledgable and extremely helpful.

Muhammad was very helpful, without being pushy. He seemed very knowledgeable about the different manufacturers. He had a very pleasant manner which prompted us to seek him out on our second visit.

Don’t trust what they say in store
Very very unhappy as should be getting our sofa this Friday 5/6/26 book a day of work got rid of our old sofa’s today 3/6/26 now got a call saying there’s no stock even though it says in store delivery in 7 days what a load of rubbish. Annoyed is an understatement. 😡😡😡
BUT in store they was lovely so not there fault.
Still waiting for my sofa NOT happy. Sitting on the floor and beach chairs aren’t good.

The salesperson ( Adil) was very professional and never pushy throughout the process. They took the time to clearly explain all the options that best suited our needs and gave us plenty of time to make our decision without any pressure.
