We were looking for a sofa bed after looking online. In store, Jules (Julian) was very friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to see and try the sofa bed as a bed. Great service.

We were assisted by Damon he was thorough, friendly, professional and knew his stuff which made the whole experience fun and exciting . We chose a sofa and a chair after much deliberation on our end. We are thrilled with our purchase and the whole experience was simply amazing.

I’ve waited nearly 5 months before…
I’ve waited nearly 5 months before reviewing this in the hope that my sofa would be fully functioning by now. Unfortunately this length of time after delivery there are still issues with the Bluetooth and reclining functions. The original installation was not carried out by experts as I would assured it would be, in fact the recliners were installed incorrectly so the wrong console was powering the wrong chair. Very expensive mistake so far. I’m hoping they can rectify this very soon but so far not without repeated communications and lengthy wait times for parts and responses, All very frustrating.
