Francis in the Poole store was a great help and gave us all the information we needed in order to make the best choice during our visit. She was kind & a true professional providing a 1st class service. Very happy!

I’ve waited nearly 5 months before reviewing this in the hope that my sofa would be fully functioning by now. Unfortunately this length of time after delivery there are still issues with the Bluetooth and reclining functions. The original installation was not carried out by experts as I would assured it would be, in fact the recliners were installed incorrectly so the wrong console was powering the wrong chair. Very expensive mistake so far. I’m hoping they can rectify this very soon but so far not without repeated communications and lengthy wait times for parts and responses, All very frustrating.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, special mention to Dan & Dave, never made to feel pressured into buying.
Have been using DFS for over 30 years.

Today we visited dfs and was welcomed and greeted by the team. We were undecided but the wealth of experience from Julian made our whole experience a great one. We chose a sofa and looking forward to delivery. The only small downside was the entrance was not fantastic for wheelchair , but the staff assisted with door which made things easier. Great team.

Leila our sales rep, very knowledgeable and welcoming. Coffee supplied and nothing on much trouble.

Hannah served us very well she asked lots of questions to find out exactly what we were looking for and showed us the different models.
Hannah was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Hannah also explained things, which made the choice easier. Our all round experience was very pleasant.

Amazing customer service offered me tea and coffee made me feel very comfortable showed me all designs and alterations. Very nice gentlemen.x

I was very looked at by Steve in your Poole branch . He was so kind and patient as I was having trouble deciding. No pressure was put on me to buy but cameback the next day and purchased what we had discussed.

sales assistant (3MQ Frances) asked if we needed help, but gave us time and space while we were trying to decide between two different sofa's. when we were ready, she gave clear helpful advice, on the two items, explained about different fabrics available. Once we made our choice she explained everything clearly answered all our questions.she recommended the cleaning kit,sofacare insurance,and eayglides, but at no point, did we feel under any pressure to puchase any of these items. we were offered drinks during the puchasing process, it was a delight to deal with her, everything gets a 10/10 from us.

We went to DFS again as we are always impressed with the settees. We were walking around trying different settees out and we were picked up by Francis who was super helpful, friendly and helped us pick a lazy boy settee set which would tick all the boxes we needed. Francis made our DFS experience elevated with superb customer service, highly recommend her and the Poole branch.

Frances who helped us decide and buy a great sofa was amazing. She was kind and attentive at the right times. She gave us time to think things through and wasn’t pushy whatsoever. Excellent customer service and a great store experience
