I had an idea what I wanted but a little unsure of the details . Lauren was really helpful and I am confident I have the right sofa bed/settee and armchair that I wanted . She was pleasant ; I didn’t feel hurried ,it was a good experience.

We were welcomed as we walked into the store by Sebastian who was very helpful and saw us through the whole process of buying our new sofa and choosing a new rug.
Everything was explained well and we were made to feel comfortable making our choices.
We would definitely recommend DFS at Poole.
Looking forward to having our new sofa delivered. The rug was delivered within a week of ordering.

Today I stopped by Dfs to choose a sofa,
and Steve was very helpful throughout the rest of the process. He gave me excellent advice about the fabric options, clearly explained the delivery process and the protection plan, and answered all my questions.
