The lady called Rebecca in the shop in Plymouth was extremely helpful without being pushy. She was knowledgeable about the products and, because of this, was able to find us an alternative to our original choice which they didn't have in the colour we wanted. The delivery and finance was fully explained and easily arranged. Would definitely request Rebecca when we go back for the sofa Bed we like!

Looking for a chair recliner.
We were allowed to browse,but if we needed help, she was around, we saw a chair we liked and had help from Becca, she was lovely,helpful,and full of knowledge, Becca was professional and very pleasant young lady,we were very pleased with our chair shopping today, and made very easy by your lovely helpful assistant Becca.

Entering store the assistant offered…
On entering store the assistant offered help then left us to it .I decided on 2 sofas..the lady assistant let me take my time with no pressure..she even helped with moving storage stool around so I could decide .. just one negative, the price label showing was out of date but let me have it at the price on show ..
