Everything is almost perfect apart from the price tags, I think it might help if both prices were shown with regard to the difference in the prices of the cushions, as to whether you have foam or fibre and what you show is the cheaper one of the two, which can be and I think is misleading.

This the 3rd set of furniture we have bought from DFS and have always been impressed with the quality and ease of purchases. Staff are POLITE (Liam was informative and explained everything) and helpful and don't hassle you when you are walking around the store.

Rebecca hit exactly theright note. She was smiling and friendly. She was not at all pushy, but because she clearly knew her stuff, it felt fine to take the fabric care and insurance products. She was quick and efficient. A really good experience from start to finish. 10 out of 10.

Liam was very helpful and friendly. Managed to buy a sofa for a 7 day delivery. He went through the best way to care for the sofa.

I love the furniture, with all the features I picked for comfort. it looks great in the room. There was one oversight on my part on purchase & that was not realising that the recline control was lower than comfortable & I now wish I’d asked about an extension lead as I’m short & so are my arms.

The gent who served us was wonderful

Moira was the assistant and she was so helpful,polite, respectful and courteous and went above and beyond to our needs

The sales assistant was highly professional, friendly and didn't pressurise us.
She took time to explain all that was necessary and encouraged us to ask questions.

Lovely sales assistant wasn’t pushy for us to purchase also she remembered us when we looked last time before moving returned to store to be greeted by the same assistant when we moved into our new home to purchase what we looked at 1st time . She was really helpful and thorough with the sale and she didn’t rush as at all great service

It was really easy to buy in store! They went through all our options and we were in and out in less than an hour!
