The gentleman sales assistant was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly.

We were served by Christine. Who listened to what we were looking for and made good suggestions. She gave us to think about our decision and went through all the paper work very clearly. Would go back again if I was looking for another couch.

Everything was explained in great detail by Ian, he was extremely informative about the whole process from purchasing the sofa to when it’s delivered and also the aftercare, I was made feel comfortable throughout, thankyou, Kirsty Donnelly

Everything about the suite we were looking at was explained,shown choices we had.
Shown suite in colour we liked on big screen which makes a big difference to helping decide

A few days before purchasing we went into dfs to have a look and get a feel of what we wanted, Ian first gave us space to explore and when we found the one he came over and helped talk through our thoughts regarding size and care. We left that day to think but quickly knew it was the one, because of how helpful he was we went back to Ian again as he had been so incredibly helpful. He talked through all our options and care plans and helped make sure we got the best options for us. He was really so kind and helpful we can rate Ian highly enough. All the staff are amazing. <3

Very helpful and good customer service

Staff were all friendly and made us feel comfortable, listened well to our wants/needs and provided great advice. They also helped us explore a range of options and highlighted pro/cons of different sofa layouts without pushing for a sale.

We were given a great range of information on the leather specification, how to care for it and how to get the best out of it. We visited the store with 2 young girls who were allowed to explore and test the furniture- all staff were lovely towards them. We were also given a fantastic offer, the manager was extremely kind and gave us some welcomed extras ☺️Thank you! Coffee was also excellent!

Above this, staff also held our sale agreement to allow us to go home and double check that our sofa would fit nicely in winter to make space for our Xmas tree. It’s good to know there’s a range of ways for payment as well and the sale was fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I visited your DFS showroom in Renfrew retail park in order to buy reclining chairs. We were lucky to be served by Sadiq who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to others. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
