Very helpful

I went in for a look on Monday, seen sofas i like, spoke with Archie who couldn't do enough for me, anything I asked he was right on it ,very polite and helpful young man.
Today I went back to actually buy the seen sofas, asked for Archie but unfortunately he was starting later in the day so i was helped out with Bobby who again was very helpful. So glad I went to DFS. Obviously have to wait on sofas being delivered but up to now, very pleased with care and service from the lovely gentlemen.

Great Experience at the Paisley store with Ian! You can easily order online but i highly recommend going in to have a look and a chat with the staff. I changed my mind after looking online to going in and seeing the couch’s in person. The staff are great and so helpful.

Saeed kindly helped us navigate all the different configuration choices and was very patient

Lovely server, no pushy sales just helpful and friendly lady. Order took hardly any time but at the same time checked by another member of staff organised quickly. Thank you to our server she was lovely!

Archive was amazing. He explained everything and was very thorough. He deserves a rise in salary. I really enjoyed the experience and I hate shopping. All the staff were lovely and my pup Winnie had a great time.

The staff had fantastic knowledge of their sofa's. They were able to advise me of what sofa to buy based off my specific wants and needs. They were pleasant and polite and took their time ensuring I was happy with my purchase.

Lots of information but total freedom and time to choose. In the end we came back to our first choice and that was fine.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Ian was very friendly and approachable. Welcomed us to the store and kept the conversation light and informed. Gave us plenty of time to browse and was on hand for any questions. Took us through the whole process and explained absolutely everything we needed to know. Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Perfect experience for us.

We had a great experience due to the relax atmosphere ,the sales assistant was very nice and good at her job ,no rush she helped us decide what we best for us ,so a great place to shop.

The Member of staff who engaged with us was brilliant from the outset, wasn't pushy and was extremely informative with a 'couldn't do enough to help attitude'

We felt listened to throughout and were given all the relevant information to make an informed decision.

Heather was nice . She listened to what we were looking for . Heather then supplied us with a nice coffee while we were looking and was in no way pushy . We actually went in with my dad and we both ended up buying something all because of heather's good service

Visit to purchase suite having already looked and narrowed down options. Staff member spoke with us and covered our queries, viewed fabric choice in daylight. He passed us to other staff member to complete our purchase and arrange delivery schedule. Very happy with choice. Staff polite and very helpful throughout. No waiting and no pushy sales.

The sales assistants were really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Derek and the others made choosing a sofa easy.
