First class sales experience
From the moment we walked in the store today the salesman Sid was first class in every aspect . He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy in any way. He came to us at first and answered all our initial questions perfectly . He then let us walk around on our own so we could take a good look at the options available and once we had found the sofa we fell in love with He again answered the questions we had which made the decision to proceed with the purchase an easy decision to make. Very impressed and happy with our experience today. Well done DFS. And thanks Sid top man. Will recommend to friends after this today.

We were greeted by Sid when we arrived. We were looking for recliner sofas and we were shown where they were, offered tea/coffee and then left to browse. Sid answered our questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We saw something we liked but wanted to check other stores before making our decision.
We returned to DFS and Sid the next day! We placed our order, everything was explained in detail and all order details double checked before going ahead. We were very satisfied with the service, Sid was polite, amiable and we would be very happy to deal with him again.
