Excellent service, Sid was very helpful, went through the order process quickly, helped us get the sofa into the car and a very friendly guy. Great experience and absolutely love my sofa, can’t stop looking at it!

We went to buy a sofa bed and the sales person was outstanding with all the information we needed and was so professional. I would highly recommend going again. This was from the Oxford Botley Road branch and I’m sure his name was Darren. If we had any answers he would answer them straight away.

Check your receipt
Terrible experience with the Oxford store. Items added to my order that I had not asked for. Check your receipt. Took 3 days of dealing with various call centres/ calls from the store etc to finally get a refund of said items which will then take 2 weeks to be processed.

We went to look for a cuddle chair…swivel cuddle chair
We went to look for a cuddle chair which we found three in fact. Found the salesman measured the chairs decided which one we wanted and also bought a storage stool too. Extremely pleased with our purchase can’t wait to see it in situ.

No real explanation given about different filling
Unhappy with the level of information available in-store about Contour Comfort option and whether it's worth it. The Oxford store had no clear way of showing customers the difference between CC and foam and said it's "subjective" several times, which it isn't. If one is firmer than the other then it's firmer! Whether people like the firmness is what's subjective. Came out of the store even more confused than when I went it (and we even looked at the foam itself and still completely in the dark). Complete waste of time. I did go ahead and order a couch (with the regular foam) but DFS lost out on an extra 180 by bad customer service.

Most people like the Idea of having Contour comfort because it has a 12mm layer of memory foam that bounces back to shape when you get up off your Sofa, extending the life of the foam core, I really hope this clarifies things for you.
