I ordered some sofas some time ago and…
I ordered some sofas some time ago and these guys have repeatedly changed the delivery date and every-time I’ve called to check in they keep saying supplier has not got the sofas yet if not that the helpline agent will have no Idea whats going on. Been sitting on the floor for 2 weeks now because these guys have no idea what they are doing

Great service with no pressure.
We had already been into store previous to buying our sofa. The experience was relaxed and we felt under no pressure, although the staff were attentive and available to answer our many questions. I returned to the store today to buy our new sofa. Everything was explained clearly and it was a relaxed and professional transaction.

Ellie at DFS
Myself and Partner have recently moved to our home and visited DFS in Nottingham. On entering the store we were greeting by a smiling cheerful Ellie who took care to listen to our requirements demonstrating a variety of options in the sofas available. She was knowledgeable and courteous as well as being a good Sales Person, we cheerfully parted with over £5500 on placing our order.

Great Experience
Everyone in the store was super helpful. We came back the next day to finalise our purchase and Ellie was very kind and helpful in explaining everything and getting our order sorted. We are very excited to get our new sofa!

Being able to sit in each and every…
Being able to sit in each and every couch and chair as a family, even with a loud and over excited 4 year old. Just made it better. I am not just buying something for myself but for our entire family, and I wanted us all to be excited about it. Some stores just don’t understand what it means to be a family, but dfs does!

Go somewhere else
Sales staff in store were friendly and helpful. However what happens when you have left the store with items purchased is an absolute shambles. We were told our items would not be ready until September. We were surprised when we were notified that they were ready for delivery in July, when we were due to be away, customer services left us feeling that we were in the wrong when we couldn't accommodate delivery date. We were later given another delivery date, so we cut our time away short, only for that delivery to be cancelled that day without our knowledge, we only found out after calling customer services after delivery time expired. Another day has been arranged but I don't hold out much hope. Absolute shambles!
