Chelsea at the New Malden store was excellent provided us a great service trying to help us source a delayed delivery to work around our schedule of works. Thought the double check by the manager was also a great idea to avoid any potential issues

Samir was a top notch assistant, the day before he helped my wife to find the right tv stand and living room table and without being pushy told i will be here over the weekend when you bring your husband, When we walked in today he was more than accomodating without a hint of a pushy salesman but in a contrary he was in more advisory mode than closing at all cost mode which made us enjoying the interaction and concluded in a very good customer journey with a sale closed and i referred him to a couple who entered your shop right when I was living , I notified the Manager Shahid of the excellent CS and UX i had from Samir but unfortunately Shahid was a bit offish borderline arrogant as he didnt look very appreciative of Samir achievement there as he walked away in a cold manner pointing me out to an email i will receive regarding the review which was a shame he couldn't take a minute and make Samir mire valued in front of a happy customer as I spent 25years in retail management and now as head of partnership i always notice the difference between leaders and managers , in this instance Shahid need to brush up in his leadership skills to show some consideration to his staff because without them he is nothing , I had the same feeling at Sofology where I purchased 2 sofas last month and funny enough the manager mentioned the amount of my transaction as lower than the one he was going to attend to as he wanted to cut short the conversation when i was in the middle of discussing if i can haggle on the delivery charge , My conclusion Shahid reaction was maybe linked at the low amount of the transaction .
All in all Samir made you proud guys

Moh was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made suggestions of which sofas we might like and also gave us time to think about our decision. He explained all of the sofa details really clearly. A lovely shopping experience and we’re very excited to receive our new sofa!
