What I loved about DFS New Malden was…
What I loved about DFS New Malden was that my partner and I were able to view all the sofas in the store without being jumped on by a salesman. Once we decided which sofa we wanted Samir the salesman came over to assist and answer any questions. Very professional service.

We recently visited DFS New Malden and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were greeted by a lovely lady who instantly made us feel at ease and even offered us a drink. She took the time to listen to our exact needs and guided us straight to a sofa that was just right for us, all at a very reasonable price.
What we appreciated most was the zero-pressure environment; we felt completely comfortable making our decision. We are thrilled with our purchase and would happily recommend DFS to anyone. A huge thank you to the team!

Number of design to choose from
I found more or less what I was looking for. I would have very much preferred a sofa material made with natural fabric, linen, cotton ecc rather than one made with polyester but I guess the sofa would have been more expensive.
