Great customer service and value for money
We were looked after very well by Mark on the two occasions we went into the store. He had great product knowledge, and we didn't feel pressured. We also felt the product we bought was good value for money.

Fantastic store for recliners!
We visited DFS MK last month. I went with my daughter to help me look for a reclining chair. We were helped by Anna who provided exceptional customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable indeed. I really felt that she genuinely listened to exactly what i wad looking for. She wasnt pushy and she gave me lots of options and choices. I thought about it and even looked at other options at another nearby store but was drawn back to DFS. I decided on a beautiful two seater leather recliner. I wasnt rushed. Provided with a hot drink whilst the payment plan was explained to me along with the aftercare. I cannot recommend this particular DFS store. Thank you Anna!

It Was nice to just look around.
Was nice to just look around we was asked if we wanted to look at anything imptickler I said just browsing. The lady gave me a nod.
After 20 minutes we found what we liked. The lady came strat over and said would you like a cup of tea. Ho yes please. Very polite she didn't rush us. A lovely living room furniture.

Great customer service!
Katie was very friendly and helpful, she listened to what we were looking for whilst also providing us with recommendations. Martin the store manager was also great, both made our experience very easy.

Arti was fabulous
Arti was fabulous. We have never bought a sofa before and she really put our minds at rest and gave us a great experience. We took a long time deciding which sofa we wanted and she helped us try out almost every sofa in the shop before we found the right one. We would definitely recommend Arti as a salesperson.

Had read some not so positive reviews…
Had read some not so positive reviews about DFS but the whole experience has been fine so far staff in shop very helpful and after a wobbly as to if furniture would fit custom services were also very helpful.

The ease of which our conversation with the Staff was excellent.
