Mark was exceptionally friendly but knowledgeable allowing time to talk us through various options of the product and Payments. He explained the product and aftercare, and took the time to build rapport with us as customers in a professional manner. Excellent service.
Giovanna showed us several selections, went though various options and colour ways, I find it very difficult to visual things but Giovanna helped by taking us to another part of the shop & outside so I could see the colour swatches in different light. She was really helpful.

Sales advisor helpful & patient
Our sales advisor was good & very patient as we changed our minds back & forth. We weren’t rushed.
In general I think the pricing should be clearer; an offer for a £899 sofa ended up being £1700 with change of fabric, footstool, dismantling & delivery etc etc.
