What stood out most was the respect, kindness, and warmth with which was treated. I never felt pressured, and every question I had was answered patiently and thoroughly. The team made choosing our sofa an enjoyable and stress-free experience, taking the time to understand our needs and helping us find the perfect option. 10/10 for Fahima
I was shattered and looking for a very specific colour, feel and shaped sofa.
The first lady who offered me help, proceeded to tell me they didn't have what I was looking for and then pointed me in a random direction to have a look at what was in store.
But Fahima was SO helpful. She saw me testing out sofas and obviously looking a little despondent at being dismissed by the other member of staff and she spent a LOT of time with me and advising me. I went in for one sofa and left with a sofa, a sofa bed, a rug, 4 dining chairs, a side table and cushions because of how helpful and attentive she was. She was friendly but professional and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Brilliant service.
