The member of Staff that served us was fantastic and made the process very easy

Relaxing Atmosphere
Was a very relaxing atmosphere and did not feel pressured.
Staff introduced them selfs and to have a good look around and they are there if we need them or any questions.
On finding a suitable sofa we sat and went through everything and our questions were answered and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured.
My experience was good.

The man what help us he was brilliant any thing we ask him he new how to guide us expressly chosing the leather and colour. He was perfect and very knowledgeable

First the manager was very polite and accommodating and was very pleased of our repeat business as loyal customers the 2 other sales team were polite and helpful

Luke was incredibly helpful and allowed us to make a great decision on a new sofa! Luke had great recommendations after finding out what type of sofa we were looking for. He also knew and communicated about the different options each sofa came with. We didn't feel rushed and he allowed us to ask multiple questions especially regarding financing option - we've never been one to make decisions quickly but Luke made us feel so confident we walked away the same day having locked into our new sofa!
