Great experience in store super helpful staff and very patient especially Victor

Quick and simple to order what we wanted.
We were served by Cody who was polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything we needed to know about buying a leather sofa and how to care for it.

We met Andrew on our first visit to find a sofa and he was very helpful and informative about the product we were looking at buying. When we came in to actually purchase a different sofa again he was very helpful and explained the extra products available. Great customer service amd all round nice person.

Bought 2 settees from dfs,longwell green, nice showroom, lots of furniture to choose from,spoke to victor who was very knowledgeable, was able to answer all our questions, good experience .

We purchased a suite which was advertised as being delivered within 7-days, this was also confirmed by Victor, the salesman, we handed over £2500, and then a received an email confirmation next day of it may be up to 2-weeks before delivery happens, feels like telling us just to get the sale and then its too late once youve paid and we just have to accept it ! Not happy with DFS !

Luke was absolutely fantastic. From the very moment we met him, he was encouraging, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Luke got to understand us as a couple very easily and was able to work out what we wanted from our new sofa and how it would make our lives easier. We are a younger couple buying our first sofa and the staff were so helpful and supportive. Most places we went followed us around like we were about to steal or vandalise something but here they initially spoke to us then left us to look around rather than judging.

Victor was very friendly and very helpful and told me all l needed to know about how to clean the chair so it like as good as new
