Show room staff where fab, no hounding but helpful when asked, talked us through everything so wenunderstood, no pushing to purchase extras, brilliant service apart from a delivery communication hiccup which was resolved. Delivery was very straight forward, delivery men where professional and helpful. So chuffed with my sofa, its everything I imagined 😍

We were looked after by Bailey,he was was very friendly and answered any questions we had,it all went very smoothly.

Lots of information and very clear of the product and time scales

We went in the Hull store and after a brief chat with staff we were left alone to browse which was great so we were not hounded and left to look at our leasure, My mother ordered a sofa and got a pretty good deal especially with delivery. Not sure when we can track the order delivery but shouldn't be an issue. Great service from the store especially Antonitte, well done 5☆

Great experience, Kurtis was lovely and helped us pick out the right sofa for us and was very knowledgeable.

My wife and I have visited the store a few times before making a decision and most of the staff are pleasant enough however the chap we bought the sofa through was awesome. Gentle, doesn't push, talks through absolutely everything you need to know and is patient.

He also prefers Will instead of William.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Curtis was extremely helpful and honest and did all he could to make the process very easy for us. Curtis explained all the details for delivery, updates and the aftercare.

After visiting DFS Furniture in Hull on my behalf and liasing with a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, my partner then informed me of a particular style of chair that would suit my needs.

I then called and spoke to a very helpful member of Customer Services who directed me to the Support Centre. It was then that I spoke with Stuart Duffy. I had numerous questions and requests that Stuart dealt with politely, patiently and with clarity. His instructions directing me to online sales were easy to follow. I found Stuart to be an extremely knowledgeable, kind. friendly and helpful member of staff. I have the utmost respect for him and in my opinion found him to be a valuable member of the DFS team. Thanks to all involved for a straight forward stress free experience.

Excellent customer service

We chose the perfect sofa and Paul in the Hull store was fabulous, he helped us choose a larger pouffe in the perfect colour along with scatter cushions from a different collection which will work perfect with the stunning sofa we chose. Paul was friendly and very informative, excellent customer service from Paul.

Always buy my sofas from Dfs and never had no complaints,really good value for money
