Alischa was great, helped us understand the different sofas and their pros and cons. Guided us to look at the Devine. Can't wait to get our new sofas!

We have bought several sofas and chairs from DFS over the last 20 years and have been happy with them. However, recently we didn’t really like the selection shown in adverts. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection in this showroom.
I had seen this sofa when searching on google, but would say it looked better in real life.
The assistant was pleasant and helpful.
We chose the additional insurance and cleaner, but I’d rather these could be incorporated in the price somehow. For me that would make the purchase more attractive.

Jackie and Laura made the whole experience of buying our new sofa incredibly easy from start to finish. They were both professional, friendly, and really took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Nothing felt rushed, and they answered all our questions with confidence and care.

Mum and I went to DFS High Wycombe on 3 separate occasions - each time taking a considerable amount of time before deciding which sofa / fabric colour we would choose. Isabella was so helpful, friendly, kind, understanding, patient and informative for which we were very grateful. We really valued her help.

Everything was easy and explained, nice experience

We had two visits. Saturday we just walked out as sales person very unhelpful. (Language problem!) however, revisited Tuesday and service was exceptional could no enough (Jacky) and we bought.

I have made a dfs purchase before, but this time the experience was even better. Isabelle was very practical and honest in suggesting the rights things. It was a very easy purchase for us.

Such a lovely manner about her. No strong bullying sales pitch simply the good old fashioned way of selling the product brilliantly and then leaving us to decide.
