Mike was first class
Mike was first class. Helpful and knowledgable about the products not remotely pushy. And made the whole experience of choosing a buying a pleasure. Would definitely use the store again and would recommend Mike to others

Staff were excellent
Staff were excellent, and because l had a bit of a wait to talk with a member of staff as they were busy, l was offered a mug of coffee, which was very nice and much appreciated. Now wait for next possible 12 weeks before armchair is ready for delivery , which is fine by me. So watch this space.

Decided I had to have the Lorenza sofas! Tom was patient, knowledgeable and very friendly! It took me a few trips to decide what I wanted & he remembered me and everything I was considering. Tom is the reason I ordered & im super happy! Very excited to receive my new sofas.
