DFS Furniture - Guildford Recensioni 

We visited Guildford DFS twice this autumn making our decision on which furniture to buy. Both times the staff where very patient with us and informative. Josh was great with helping us.

Joshua (Barton) was cheerful and very helpful. He was always smiling and never pressed us. It was he who really made us decide to go with DFS.

Had excellent service today in the Guildford store.

Josh and Ahmed were very helpful, enthusiastic and easy to deal with. They ran through the various options and explained extras and complementary items without being pushy, they were very respectful of the customer.

David was very helpful and I am very pleased with my sofa purchase.

Was there to have a look at their furniture and they supported us through the whole process. They are very lovely people

Moving to a new house and wanted an extra sofa for the family room. My husband works next door and saw a sofa he like. After he had shown it to me and I also like it. I wanted to go see it in person before committing to buy it. The staff were lovely and explained all we needed to know. We were told that you could change the chez part to whichever side we wanted by simply moving the cushions over and moving the extra bit over to the other side which was very interesting. I suddenly thought if you can move the chez part over then you could move it away too. I asked if we could order a separate cushion too, to which the answer was yes.
Some lovely pieces in store. Glad to have purchased our sofa from the Guildford Store.

Lovely lady and great shop

A really good in-store experience (Guildford store). Staff were really helpful. Delivery booking experience not so great. Online booking registered the wrong day despite giving a choice of 3 different dates. If there was a real person to talk to probably would have avoided this issue! Customer service (Paige) was helpful to correct this. Delivery timing is terrible it's a matter of anytime between 7am to 6pm and does not take into account being a bit more flexible for disabled customers. After spending a lot of money on purchases DFS needs to deliver a more tailored delivery option. Not received the sofa yet so can't comment on it. Hopefully it's if good quality.
