Karima looked after me very well she wasn't pushy and left me to have a look at the options she gave me, the sofa I originally wanted was very low but Karima showed me another sofa that I just fell in love with, she explained everything so well. She is a credit to your business. A true asset. I couldn't be more happier with overall experience and look forward to my beautiful new sofa to arrive.

My mum and I came in and purchased the San Antonio sofa set. Mo, at Greenwich DFS was our sales associate and he was extremely attentive and patient. He went through all the information in detail and made us feel assured with our purchase!

When I walked through the door I was met by Tom who asked me how I was and what can he do for me, I told him exactly what I needed, he was up to the task and showed me a few sofa, all the time having nice conversations and not forgetting why I was there, I made a decision based on his help and advise

Tom was extremely helpful and friendly. We told him everything we were looking for and he knew exactly how to help! Was a wonderful experience.
