Real trust and confidence and not pushy
Mark was very helpful but also gave me space. As it happened I happily settled with the most expensive chair option, but he did encourage me to consider all others too, which really increased my trust in him a lot.

Previous bad experience hoping for better this time.
We had a very bad experience with DFS a few years ago. We were very worried about having to buy here again but circumstances made it necessary.
So far we have been happy with the instore experience but are yet to receive the sofa we have ordered.

Visited DFS Gateshead today. Amazing service. Very friendly staff , no pushy sales they genuinely wanted to make sure we left happy. Shout out to David who was very patient talking us through our options.

New sofa
Louis was very helpful and attentive but gave us our own space to look around which was great. He was always on hand when we had questions and he was full of knowledge. We love the sofa we have chosen and can’t wait for it to be delivered.
