From the minute we walked in the door John was incredibly helpful. We had a new corner suite within 30 minutes.
Thoroughly recommend.

Firstly showed me what I asked for. Not what he thot. He answered everything I asked which help me a lot. Took me through everything that needed to be done for my order. No fancy words. Was a really nice man. Made me feel at ease. Very friendly no hard sell

Fantastic service at DFS Dundee
I visited the Dundee store today within a few minutes was approached by Sean who asked if we needed any assistance. He could not have been more helpful. I explained what I was looking for and that I needed a quick delivery date. He showed me some great options then suggested i take the fabric samples outside to natural light, He explained the company’s manufacturing process and the warranty that was valid on the sofa. He then took my order and explained the delivery process and how I would be kept informed of its expected delivery date. I will definitely be returning to see Sean when I need to replace my other sofas.

I visited your store in Dundee today looking to buy new sofas. I was greeted by Sean ( I think that was his name) the guy with Turkey teeth. He went over and beyond helping me decide on the one. He took one look at my mood board and directed me in the right direction. Moved soft furnishings, sourced a coffee table to give me the complete look ( which I ended up buying). Very Good Service
My experience of DFS was amazing. I am a new home owner and the staff at DFS were very helpful in helping me buy a sofa. They explained the whole process to me and have allowed me to get the sofa delayed until I move in. Will definitely be going back if I need anything in the future!
