Really happy with our experience at DFS. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, with plenty of choice. Aaron (Advisor 3YH-Aaron) was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer our questions, making the purchase easy and stress-free. Overall, excellent customer service and a great buying experience.

Considerate staff.competitive prices and a willingness to sit and listen to my opinions and take on board my particular choices. Aaron G was a true professional and didn't rush our conversation. Took the time to understand our needs and then put in
motion our ideal suite. I felt no pressure to go along with any additional extras that would be of no value to me. Thank you Aaron and also the line manager was brilliant too. Will definitely be back again when i require another suite in the future .

On all my three visits to the Derry store the staff were friendly and helpful. I decided to complete my order online but found it difficult to navigate so decided to revisit the store (due to figuring out measurements etc) Conor the store manager was great in helping me complete my order and answering all questions I had :)
