We were served today by Dom, he was a very nice young man and was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we required. He was a pleasure to deal with and was not in any shape or form pushy and incredibly good at what he does. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I went into DFS looking for a new sofa, we sat on A LOT of sofas but fell in love with one, Dominic at the Meteor Centre in Derby, was exceptional - very knowledgeable, very likeable and not too much selling patter! We are now waiting for it to be delivered! Very happy so far ....

The service is very good, and the team is so cooperative.

We had tassina deal with us, just want to start of by saying what a lovely women! Such nice energy and you can tell she has the customers best interest and not completely sale oriented, she played a big part in helping us decide what would work with our lay out. Mark was dealing with another couple as well as myself, but from what I experienced and observed, neither me or the other couple was rushed at any time so that he could deal with the other customer.
Mark was also very thorough in explaining the whole process of what the next steps would be.

Dom was very helpful and did not rush us at any time .patient

We haven’t received our furniture yet so this review is only regarding our experience in store. We originally looked first in December and were disappointed as the sales person who spoke to us didn’t seem interested in what we were looking for and left us much to our own devices. About a month ago I went in with my daughter and grandson who is autistic and Mark spent a lot of time with us and though we didn’t purchase that day we left with a good idea of what we wanted and decided to check sizes and return with a sample of our carpet. Mark was great with our grandson and going home in the car, he kept talking about Mark and said he could work with him. We returned a couple of weeks later, my husband, myself and again my grandson and we were looked after by Wayne who also was very good and we placed our order. We had coffee and sat around and again Wayne involved our grandson. We look forward now to our furniture being delivered which looks as though it will be probably in half the time we were given. Everything, including the insurance was explained fully to us.

Unfortunately I can't remember the ladies name who dealt with our sale but she was very good and really nice took her time to talk to my mother who purchased 2× 3 seater sofas

Assistant was extremely helpful and the coffee I'd delicious 😋

Used DFS before, needing a sofa we looked online, then having identified what we wanted to look at we went to this store. We were approached by Tasinah, but not in a hard sales way, which was good. She showed us to the sofa we were interested in, then went through all of the options and explained them clearly. She even got the sofa options up on the big screen and did some side by side comparisons to help us decide on material and colour. All in all a pleasant experience shopping for a Sofa.

Great salesman in Mark , a true professional , excellent customer service

Wayne at Derby DFS was brilliant not your typical pushy sales man , asked us what we were looking for , he explained as we are tall the options we wanted might not work , Wayne then showed us around other sofas we had not even thought of and helped us made a decision , we got home and decided we had made the wrong choice out of the two Wayne showed us ( Wayne told us he thought the other was better , we did not listen 👀 ) two days later went back and told Wayne and he supported us with changing our choice no issues , he just wanted to make sure we was happy 👏🏽 10/10 from Wayne and DFS Derby

Excellent service. Met and Greeted as I came into the shop. Michael was very good and showed me the range of sofa beds that you had, pointing out the good and not so good points of each product.
We found the right one for me and I ordered it.

Nice and easy, welcoming experience. Not pushy and lets you have a look until you need assistance.

The experience was good as always relaxed no pressure
